Visible and Vibrant is a docent-led tour series celebrating LGBTQ+ artists in the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). Welcoming participants of all ages and identities, the tours explore how personal experience shapes art and invites conversation and discovery. Join us for a dynamic look at creativity, community, and the stories behind the art.

Tours are offered every Friday in October, 4–5 PM. Admission is free for Los Angeles County residents after 3 PM and tours are included with museum admission.

Go Metro: the Los Angeles Metro D Line now provides direct service to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (Wilshire/Fairfax Station).

Visible and Vibrant: LGBTQ+ Artists in LACMA’s Collection is organized by LACMA as part of the 2026 Circa: Queer Histories Festival, presented by One Institute.
